Bug in tdma_advanced_node. pings_per_slot doesn't work as expected

pings_per_slot should set the max TWTT pings sent automatically by TDMA. If there are no comms packets, TDMA is sending more pings.

We should NOT clear the flags here and just clear them on_slot_change.
